Pour célébrer la Journée internationale de la femme, soutenons les femmes ensemble! Le PMCQ et Femmes Leader en Pharma sont très heureux de coorganiser cette soirée spéciale au cours de laquelle se tiendra une table ronde sur l'impact des événements de vie féminine sur le cheminement professionnel des femmes et sur la façon dont nous pouvons agir ensemble pour mieux aborder ces sujets dans les milieux de travail.

Pour l'occasion, le CMPQ et Femmes Leader en Pharma sont ravis de vous offrir les réflexions de nos conférencière et conférencier émérites :

  • Amy Cairns, Directrice exécutive, Unité opérationnelle Santé des femmes, Organon Canada
  • Martin Arès, chef de la direction, Pharmascience inc.

La table ronde sera animée par Milva D’Aronco, membre fondatrice de Femmes Leader en Pharma et responsable des ventes, des opérations et du marketing de l’organisme.

Les femmes sont exposées à plusieurs événements pouvant bouleverser leurs parcours personnel et professionnel (menstruations, problèmes de fertilité, grossesse, congé de maternité, rôle d’aidante naturelle, ménopause, etc.).

La table ronde, franche et ouverte, aura pour objectifs d’améliorer les façons dont :

  • nous parlons de ces sujets au travail ;
  • nous offrons ou recevons le soutien nécessaire au moment opportun ;
  • nous pouvons toutes et tous être des leaders et des ressources plus bienveillant·e·s et inclusif·ive·s.

The PMCQ and Women Leaders in Pharma invite you to attend its first collaborative event: Supporting Women in Their Career Journey, taking place on Thursday, March 14, 2024.

In celebration of International Woman’s Day, let’s lift women up together! PMCQ and Women Leaders in Pharma are very excited to be co-hosting (for the very first time!), this special event featuring a panel discussion on the impact female life events have on women’s career paths and how we can ALL band together to better navigate these topics in the workplace.

For the occasion, the PMCQ and Women Leaders in Pharma are delighted to bring to you the thoughts of our esteemed panelists:

  • Amy Cairns, Vice President, Women’s Health & Established Brands, Organon Canada
  • Martin Arès, Chief Executive Officer, Pharmascience Inc.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Milva D’Aronco, Founding Member WLP & Sales, Operations and Marketing Executive.

Women are exposed to many events that may upset their personal and professional journeys (menstruation, fertility issues, pregnancy, maternity leave, caregiving role, menopause, etc.).

Our candid and open panel discussion will aim to improve how:

  • we speak about these topics at work;
  • we offer or receive the needed support at the right time;
  • we can ALL be more caring and inclusive leaders and resources.
