Dear Colleagues,

You are invited to attend our next event, Neurotechnology in Healthcare: Beyond the Hype

Neurotechnology has been making the headlines, notably with the highly mediatized use of Neuralink’s brain implant by a patient with quadriplegia to play chess remotely. In addition to brain implants, the field of neurotechnology or ‘neurotech’ has also been making significant strides on multiple fronts: brain-computer interfaces (BCIs), neuroprosthetics, deep brain stimulation (DBS), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), etc. Neurotech is now emerging as a potential game changer in healthcare with its ability to modulate, restore and improve brain function across a variety of health conditions.

Mediatic buzz apart, how does neurotech work? What are the therapeutic applications? What is the patient’s and public’s experience with neurotech? What are the scientific, commercial, regulatory and ethical aspects to consider? How does neurotech intersect with biopharma? How is Canada doing in neurotech? Find out the answers to these questions and much more by learning from three leading experts in the field: Marco Bonizzato, Andrés Lozano and Graeme Moffat

Don't miss this opportunity to learn and network with fellow professionals, industry leaders, and expert from the biopharma industry and beyond.

Join us at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pointe Claire, 6700 Trans-Canada Hwy, Pointe-Claire, Quebec H9R 1C2, on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025 from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm EST

To attend this event, employees from PMCQ educational, corporate, and prestige sponsors can contact their respective PMCQ representatives/Board members (consult this website’s homepage to see the list of PMCQ partners).
